Will this increase traffic flow and off-street parking demand on 10th street?

We are planning to conduct a full traffic impact study and share our findings with the community; however, we do not anticipate adding to the traffic load and parking demand on 10^th street due to the elimination of curb cuts on 10^th street and our proximity to the metro station.
