Current design has parking traffic enter the building from Bunker Hill Road as well as a majority of the building loading services. The existing alley will also be used to access a loading bay for tenant move-ins for the North Building. We are eliminating (7) existing curb cuts and no vehicles will access the building from 10th street, which will calm traffic in the 10th St/Turkey Thicket area. Final traffic and loading plans to be determined by DDOT.
What kind of retail do you anticipate leasing this building? What about the District Veterinary Hospital and the Little Petite Scholars Daycare, will these business return?
