Raze clearance letters are sent to the application which requires approvals/signoffs from a number of Department of Building agencies. We envision local community-serving retail such as a café, a place to get ice cream with the kids, or a coffee shop. District Veterinary Hospital has committed to return to the new development, and we would love for Petite Scholars to return and are currently working towards that goal.

We are planning to conduct a full traffic impact study and share our findings with the community; however, we do not anticipate adding to the traffic load and parking demand on 10th street due to the elimination of curb cuts on 10th street and our proximity to the metro station.

Current design has parking traffic enter the building from Bunker Hill Road as well as a majority of the building loading services. The existing alley will also be used to access a loading bay for tenant move-ins for the North Building. We are eliminating (7) existing curb cuts and no vehicles will access the building

Yes, we will be setting aside 8% of the residential floor area for affordable housing

The units will be rental, average unit size and price have not been determined at this juncture, however, we suspect that it will be in line with the market rate for the area.

We are currently planning for +/- 300 units.
